Under: Dear France
Hello!
I
great producer/wine I came across recently...
Madame
Marin-Pestel moved with her family in 1998 to the town of Padern in The Haute Corbières
(Languedoc-Roussillon) in search of adventure and leaving behind a career in
direction of French museums. Currently has a vineyard of about 6 hectares. She,
I think she produces wines are very personal, but at the same time wines in
which human intervention is ‘restricted’ to when necessary. Leaving things be.
I guess she follows her instinct and also lets her wine live the adventures
they want to live. She works the vines natural and is quite active in the
dissemination of a new wine tourism activity within the region with other
wineries. Complex wines per se, but fresh, pleasant and that gently invite you
to delve into them and to discover them completely.
Had
the opportunity to try this wines earlier this year and again just know and
believe me they’re amazing!
